Uterus cancer is also known as endometrial cancer, the most common cancer of the female genital organs in the urban population. It usually occurs because of an unopposed hormonal imbalance. Usually present with irregular heavy vaginal bleeding or post-menopausal bleeding. Treatment includes removal of the uterus and both ovaries along with pelvic and paraaortic lymph nodes. It can be done by open surgery or laparoscopy or Robotics. Results are the same in all cases.
